DECISION

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SAFETY, HEALTHY AND ENVIRONMENT BOARD

General Manager of ARKEMA COMPANY LTD. (Vietnam)

-         Based on the function, duties and power of a Manager General;

-         Based on the demand of the Company and the ability of the employees;

DECIDES

Article 1. To establish the Safety and Labour Hygienic Board, including the following persons:

1-           Mr. Pham Ngoc Hung, TQM-HSE Manager               - Chief

2-           Mr. Luong The Tho, Production Manager                               - Vice Chief

3-           Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, Personnel Manager                           - Member

4-           Mr. Nguyen Tien Nam, Technical Maintenance Manager      - Member

5-           Mr. Dinh van Tien, Supervisor of Guard                                  - Member

Article 2 : The duties and power of the Safety and Hygienic Working Board :

-         Issue the regulations appropriate to the law of Vietnamese Government and of the Group on the safety, hygienic working and on safety environment for being applied in the sphere of whole Company

-         Follow the execution of the regulations mentioned above in order to take measures of proper settlement for commendation and reward, and discipline in time.

Article 3. The persons naming above take responsibility to implement this decision since the signature date.
